Guinea-Bissau

A small West African nation who beat Portugal's ass (and continues to be a better fighter than him).

If you don't take her seriously, you might come to regret that when she turns out to be a better opponent than expected.

Please pay attention to this country IRL, the military is taking it over, unfortunately.

Emotional Expression: She's open about her positive emotions, but that can be a detriment as she pushes down everything negative until she can't anymore.

Humor Style: She has a very playful sense of humor and has many inside jokes with her cloesest friends, which she mentions a bit too often. Others might find this annoying, but she loves it.

Communication Style: Her communication style is open and often very friendly. She's great at saying exactly what she means.

Social Approach: She has a collectivist and warm approach to social situations.

Trust & Relationships: She tends to trust some people very easily, but most not as far as she can throw them (which is actually further than you'd expect for most).

Approach to Knowledge & Learning: She likes to take a practicle approach to learning, often diving in head first without any sort of preparations and learns best by doing things with someone who already knows how to do the thing she's learning. And while she's quite smart, she struggles to learn the typical academic way and isn't very good at math or grammer.

Work Ethic & Discipline: She's overly hard working and has very good discipline. She can make herself do things even when she's absolutely not in the mood for it.

Creativity & Innovation: She's quite the creative person, but not the most innovative outside of war strategies, which she's good at coming up with, but doesn't quite know how. She loves structured creativity and often has problems being creative without following the structures she learned about.

Attitude Toward Rules & Tradition: When it comes to rules, she can be quite rebellious and adapt more easily to new ones, especially if they fit her personal views. However, she loves tradition and wants to keep her country's cultures intact and support them as much as she can.

Unusual Habits: She tends to bounce her legs even when standing when she feels like she's got too much energy, but can't move around for whatever reason. When she has a laughing fit, she tends to run around.

Bad Habits: She tends to scratch at her fingers when she's nervous. Sometimes, when she's very stressed, can pull out her own hair, though that happens very rarely.

Pet Peeves: She hates it when people don't know who she is, despite having interacted with her previously. She also dislikes cold winds because of the way they prickle her skin.

Overall
She often feels overlooked and unseen amongst her fellow nations, especially the more well known nations, aside from Portugal. She often feels hyper motivated after a period of depression, which she uses to overwork herself, though recently has been controlling her stress levels better and has gotten less and less periods of depression or meltdowns in general. She's quite welcoming of others and usually makes friends very quickly, who almost always become lifelong friends. She's extremely agreeable as a person, due to her well spoken nature, but can also often say things that she doesn't realise are rude, as she's just trying to be honest with people.

Energy Level: Her energy levels vary from high energy to low energy, depending if she's overworked herself too much, or just got out of a longer break period.

Approach to Conflict: She's very diplomatic and fights if she must, but prefers to stay peaceful. She also knows how to avoid most verbal confrontations, just the physical ones are tougher to avoid for her.

Comfort Zone vs. Adventure: She much prefers stability, but doesn't think it's an option, so she clings to staying in her comfort zone, not going out of her way to cause real change.

Typical Mood Swings & Triggers: She is usually in a happy mood, only the state of her country and lack of recognition can manifest as both sadness and anger, which depends more on her current stress level, with her getting angrier the more she's stressed out.
